You can register for the first time in the reserved area by following these simple steps:

  • Connect to the website www.mbamutua.org and click on Reserved Area
  • Select the dedicated area
  • Click on “Not registered yet? Click here to proceed
  • Enter your tax code and click on the “Register me” button
  • Enter your email (provided when signing up) and password
  • Click on the confirmation link in the email received and log in for the first time

To access the Reserved Area, the My Mba App is also available and can be downloaded on all Android and IOS mobile devices.
The password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain:
  • 1 uppercase character
  • 1 lowercase character
  • 1 numeric character and 1 special character!

The password must be different from the last 2 entered. The following special characters are allowed: | ! " £ $ % & / ( ) = ? ^ < > , ; . : - _ # § * + \ [ ] { }.
You can request a resend of the confirmation email by following these simple steps:
  • Connect to the website www.mbamutua.org and click on Reserved Area
  • Select the dedicated area
  • Click on “Forgot your password
  • Click on “Resend confirmation email
  • Enter your tax code
  • Click on “Send email”

We remind you to check whether the confirmation email has actually been received in all your email folders (Spam, Other, Junk Email).
You can reset your password by following these simple steps:

  • Connect to the website www.mbamutua.org and click on Reserved Area
  • Select the dedicated area
  • Click on “Forgot your password
  • Click on “Reset my password
  • Enter your username and email
  • Click on the reset link reported in the email received, enter the new password and click on confirm.

To access the Reserved Area, the My Mba App is also available and can be downloaded on all Android and IOS mobile devices.

Membership contributions can be paid via:
  • Credit card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Direct debit from your bank account (SDD)
  • Bank Check

The frequency of payment can be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually unless otherwise indicated by the chosen coverage.
The guarantees, within the limits established by the Regulation of the chosen coverage, are valid throughout the world, except for express exceptions provided for in the individual guarantees.
  • By filling out the form in "Request for Assistance/Complaints", available in the "Access to the Health Centre" section of the reserved area
  • By contacting the toll-free number, present in your reserved area, from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00 and on Saturday from 09.00 to 13.00.
  • Information on Health Insurance guarantees
  • Information on how to present practices directly and indirectly
  • Information on the status of refund procedures
  • Information on affiliated healthcare facilities
It is possible to consult the list of Affiliated Structures directly from the reserved area, in the "Access the Health Centre" section, by selecting the "STRUCTURES" item.

The list of affiliated healthcare facilities is also available on the My Mba App, which can be downloaded on all Android and IOS mobile devices.
MBA, by March 31st of each year, makes available in the reserved area of the individual Member the list of payments made by the same in the previous year.
The settlement prospectus is available in the reserved area, in the "Access the Health Center" section, by selecting the "DOCUMENTS" item.

In this section it is possible to generate/download/print the summary "Settlement Statement" (selecting by year of competence and for the entire family unit or for the individual Patient), containing the analytical detail of all the expense invoices presented (with indication of invoice numbers and dates, requested amounts, refunded amounts, amounts remaining dependent on the Subsidy, non-refundable amounts, amounts already credited, etc.), also useful for tax return purposes.
The membership card, made available in the member's reserved web area, is useful for accessing affiliated healthcare facilities to take advantage of discounted rates and reduced waiting times.

The membership card is also available within the My Mba App which can be downloaded on all Android and IOS mobile devices.
